Check-out: until 11:00
Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.
3. Adults-Only Policy
Euphoria Suites is an adults-only property. All guests must be 18 years or older.
4. No Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property.
5. Smoking & Events
Smoking, parties, and events are not permitted.
Quiet hours: 23:00 – 09:00.
6. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to the suite, pool, or property during their stay.
Automatic pool maintenance and garden watering may occur during your stay.
7. Privacy & Data Use
Personal data collected via our booking form is used solely for reservation management and communication regarding your stay.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Corfu courts.

2. Pool & Spa Usage
The private pools and hot tubs are adults-only.
For safety, please avoid running or diving near the pool.
No glassware is allowed in or around the pool area.
3. Garden & Terrace Etiquette
Please treat outdoor spaces with care.
Avoid moving furniture without permission.
Keep noise levels low and dispose of trash appropriately.
4. Maximum Occupancy
Each suite has a strict maximum occupancy of 2 or 3 guests.
Additional guests are not permitted unless pre-approved.
5. Prohibited Activities
Parties, events, or commercial filming are strictly prohibited.
Candles, fireworks, and any hazardous items are not allowed on the property.
Pets are not permitted.
6. Use of Appliances & Amenities
Please use all kitchen appliances, electronics, and spa equipment responsibly.
Report any damages or malfunctions immediately.
7. Cleaning & Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is provided, including fresh towels and linens.
Guests are responsible for keeping the suite tidy during their stay.
8. Safety & Security
Keep doors and windows locked when leaving the suite.
Do not leave valuables unattended; the property is not responsible for personal belongings.
Fire extinguishers and first aid kits are located in common areas.
9. Environmental Responsibility
Please conserve water and energy.
Recycle where possible using bins provided.
10. Respect for Neighbors
Loud music or disruptive behavior outside the suite is prohibited.
Enjoy outdoor spaces responsibly to preserve the peaceful environment.
11. Visitor Policy
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.
12. Pool & Garden Maintenance
Pool cleaning and garden work may occur at scheduled times.
Guests should avoid interfering with maintenance equipment.
